Will the periodic table ever change?
The periodic table has long-since filled in Mendeleev's gaps and has added new elements. It has even changed the weights of other elements. The periodic table is continually being changed as new discoveries are made and new theories are developed to explain the behavior of chemicals.
Has element 119 been discovered?
Fusion requires several milligrams of the target element, and producing enough einsteinium (element 99) to make element 119 is impossible with today's technology.
Can there be more elements added to the periodic table in the future?
There are 118 elements on the periodic table and we've finally completed the seventh row, but that doesn't mean we've seen the last of the new elements. We most definitely will! New elements are created by smashing known ones together at super-fast speeds.
