Tie knots in the ear loops. Tuck in the sides of the mask so that it lies flat against your face. Use a mask fitter or brace to help provide a snug fit. Layer a well-fitting non-medical cloth mask over a disposable mask to help push the edges of the disposable mask closer to your face.
How do you resize a face mask?
Here is another similar method to resize an adult mask to a smaller mask. Step 1: Fold the mask into half. Step 2: Tie a knot on the straps on each side of the mask. Step 3: Open up the mask and push the outer side of the mask inwards, to close up the gaps on both sides.
How do you measure the height and width of a mask?
1. For the height of the mask, measure from the bridge of your nose down to the right to the bottom of the chin. 2. For the width of the mask, measure from your left cheekbone to your right cheekbone.
