What is spatial denoise?

Spatial video denoising methods, where image noise reduction is applied to each frame individually. Temporal video denoising methods, where noise between frames is reduced. Motion compensation may be used to avoid ghosting artifacts when blending together pixels from several frames.

What is meant by spatial filtering?

Spatial filtering is a process by which we can alter properties of an optical image by selectively removing certain spatial frequencies that make up an object, for example, filtering video data received from satellite and space probes, or removal of raster from a television picture or scanned image.

What are the denoising techniques?

There are three basic approaches to image denoising – Spatial Filtering, Transform Domain Filtering and Wavelet Thresholding Method.

What is denoising process?

Denoising is any signal processing method which reconstruct a signal from a noisy one. Its goal is to remove noise and preserve useful information.
