What is Nyquist criteria for sampling for reconstruction )?

Nyquist's theorem states that a periodic signal must be sampled at more than twice the highest frequency component of the signal. In practice, because of the finite time available, a sample rate somewhat higher than this is necessary.

What is Nyquist sampling rate explain exact sampling over sampling and under sampling?

The Nyquist rate is 2x the given frequency to be measured accurately. The theorem can be used in reverse. The Nyquist frequency is the highest frequency that equipment of a given sample rate can reliably measure, one-half the given sample rate.

What is signal sampling and reconstruction?

A continuous time signal can be processed by processing its samples through a discrete time system. For reconstructing the continuous time signal from its discrete time samples without any error, the signal should be sampled at a sufficient rate that is determined by the sampling theorem.

What is the difference between sampling and Nyquist rate?

The Nyquist rate is the minimal frequency at which you can sample a signal without any undersampling. It's double the highest frequency in your continous-time signal. Whereas the Nyquist frequency is half of the sampling rate.
