Photoshop descreen

To use the Descreen filter, first make sure that the layer you want to affect is selected. Then go to Filter > Other > Descreen. In the dialog box that appears, you can select the “Strength” of the filter and also choose whether to apply it to the current layer only, or to all layers below it.
