-50 dBm: This is considered an excellent signal strength. -60 dBm: This is a good signal strength.
How many dB is a good cell signal?
Cell phone signal strength is measured in decibels (dBm). Signal strengths can range from approximately -30 dBm to -110 dBm. The closer that number is to 0, the stronger the cell signal. In general, anything better than -85 decibels is considered a usable signal.

Our Switzerland users connected to 5G experienced a signal strength of -104.2 dBm within the range of 0-5 Timing Advance (less than 400 meters). This is significantly lower than what we observed in the other three countries, where power levels ranged between -97.7 and -97.9 dBm within the same distance.
