If a component is already placed on the schematic, press the key F7 (or use the Move button from the top toolbar), click on the component and press the key combination Ctrl+R. The capacitor C1 value is 1n, i.e. 1000 pF, because symbol n means "Nano" prefix, it is equal to 10-9. There is another prefixes: m - milli = 10.
