The Intel® RealSense™ D405 depth camera operates in a range of 7 cm to 50 cm and achieves minimum object detection of up to 0.1 mm at 7 cm. At a distance of 25 cm, depth accuracy is better than 0.7%.
What is RS measurement?
Rs = resistivity/thickness
Therefore one can calculate the resistivity if the thickness of a film is known, or one may calculate the thickness if the resistivity is known.
