How do I stack multiple images in ImageJ?
A folder of images can be opened as a stack either by dragging and dropping the folder onto the 'ImageJ' window or or by choosing File▷Import▷Image Sequence… ↓ To create a new stack, simply choose File▷New▷Image… [n]↓ and set the Slices field to a value greater than one.
How do I merge stacks in ImageJ?
Combining stacks
Just open each image stack separately, then run Image > Stack > Merge Channels..., assigning each image stack to the desired channel. The result will be a composite of each respective plane.
How do I set measurements in ImageJ?
Go to Analyze → Set Scale. In the Set Scale window the length of the line, in pixels, will be displayed. Type the known distance and units of measure in the appropriate boxes and click OK. Measurements will now be shown using these settings.
How to measure volume using ImageJ?
The Volume Calculator is located at Plugins › Analyze in the Fiji menu. When run, it will take the current image as input. Processing begins immediately; its progress is shown in the status bar. After a successful run, the plugin will display the Volume Calculator window (Figure 2.)
