What is a bandlimited signal?
A signal is said to be band-limited if the amplitude of its spectrum goes to zero for all frequencies beyond some threshold called the cutoff frequency.
Can we get time limited and band-limited signal simultaneously why?
A function cannot be simultaneously limited in frequency and limited in time. One must choose either a band-limited function, which extends infinitely in time, or a time-limited function, which extents over an infinite range of frequencies. A band-limited function is analytic.
What is band-limited noise?
Description. The Band-Limited White Noise block generates normally distributed random numbers that are suitable for use in continuous or hybrid systems.
