What is a band edge filter?
Band edge filtering is one such example of a frequency error detector. In the absence of timing and data, once a valid signal starts arriving, the timing offset can lie anywhere in the range (0,TM) ( 0 , T M ) .
What is band edge frequency?
f — Bandedge frequencies in Hz
The length of the vector equals the number of frequency bands. To return the frequencies in Hz, input the sample rate, Fs . Frequency in Hz is given by [w/(2π)]×Fs, where w is the normalized frequency in rad/sample, and Fs is the sampling rate in Hz.
